Hearing Aid Specialist

Tiffany received her Bachelors of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University. What she learned while earning her degree fueled her passion for wanting to help people communicate better. She is now a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in the State of Oregon. She specializes in complete hearing evaluations, aural rehabilitation, and hearing instrument fitting. Her favorite part of her job is educating her patients on how hearing devices can help improve not only their lives, but the lives of their family and friends. She feels honored knowing that her efforts have a positive impact on her patient’s daily lives.

Cynthia Vargas is a Patient Care Coordinator. Cynthia is originally from Twin Falls, Idaho and moved to Keizer, Oregon in 2016. Cynthia attended The College of Southern Idaho/Bryant & Stratton College and started working at Gem State Realty in 2004.

Cynthia began working in the hearing industry in 2021 and was drawn to the profession because she has family members that have hearing loss. What Cynthia loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing a patient’s astounded face. It is exciting to her because they are hearing sounds that they have not heard in such a long time.

Cynthia strives to be a welcoming individual and serve in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Cynthia loves hobbies such as watching movies, crocheting, listening to music and spending time with her family.

This was my first time going Willoughby’s. I’d never had my hearing tested before so I didn’t know what to expect. Tiffany was great and very thorough. She explained everything and answered all my questions. My husband has been using them for years and has always been pleased with them.
