My daughter-in-law and her mother got their hearing aids here and all I heard was how great the ladies at Willoughby's were and no pressure. I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment. Wow was I surprised at the loss of hearing I had. Tiffany was very patient explaining...Diana Gerba, on Google
