Hearing Instrument Specialist
Tiffany received her Bachelors of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University. What she learned while earning her degree fueled her passion for wanting to help people communicate better. She is now a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the State of Oregon. She specializes in complete hearing evaluations, aural rehabilitation, and hearing instrument fitting. Her favorite part of her job is educating her patients on how hearing devices can help improve not only their lives, but the lives of their family and friends. She feels honored knowing that her efforts have a positive impact on her patient’s daily lives.

Brittanie Heimer

Brittanie has worked in the hearing industry since 2012. She enjoys connecting with seniors and helping people hear better. Prior to working in hearing care, she worked for 6 years as an In-Home Care Provider for elderly and disabled individuals. Brittanie graduated from North Salem High School in 2006 and has lived in Salem for 13 years with her spouse. She enjoys reading, watching films and going on hiking adventures with her daughter. As she loves to travel, one of her dreams is to go on a mission overseas with the Starkey Hearing Foundation to spread the joy of hearing!

I started with NewSound in June 2017. I have been working in the medical office setting for over 8 years including an Ear, Nose and Throat specialty office. I enjoy working with patients as well as making them feel comfortable and well taken care of. I spend a lot of free time with family and friends watching movies, trying out new restaurants, family dinners and reading.
