Quick, professional exam, no attempt to upsell, was told that nothing was bad enough to warrant hearing aids. Will definitely return if that changes.

Every time i interact with any of the great people at Willoghby’s it has been a pleasure! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work out any problems. Not like the last place i got hearing aids. I will return next time i need heating aids!

Excellent service from nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They got me in quickly to help me replace my old broken hearing aids. I love my new Audibel Intrigue hearing aids. Crystal clear sound quality, comfortable, and love the high tech features. Happy!

I’m having an “intermittent “ problem with the left hearing aid. Of course it wasn’t presenting with the problem when I was at the appointment. They were very kind, cleaned and checked out everything. When it happens again I will be back. In the meantime all is well. 😁

Knowledgeable/friendly service!

I wanted to learn as much as possible prior to purchase. I asked a great many questions; Tiffany was very patient and walked me through the entire process. Tiffany also allowed me to walk from room to room, with and without the hearing aid installed as she continued our conversation. This allowed me to truly understand the benefit and effect of the hearing aid both up close and from a distance. I know this took extra time from a normal scheduled appointment, but Tiffany wanted to make sure I completely understood how the technology worked and that I was knowledgeable with the entire process.

Thanks for the service that you always provide for me. You’re one of the reasons that I am able to come in and have my hearing aids cared for and know that it will be done well. The service today is absolutely fantastic as well. Thank you.
